Arrivals and departures must be confirmed on booking and we politely ask that you arrive at the agreed appointment time. Please note- we no longer accept guests checking in or out on Sundays, this is our walking adventure day for girls and the guests that are already in our care.
Our checking in and out times are as follows…
We receive checks and strive to be the best at what we do. All our certificates are on display at Hotel 4 Hounds. Myself and Danny both have certified Diploma’s in Dog Walking and Pet Home Sitting, Canine Nutrition, Caring for Elderly Pets and are Canine first aid trained, including CPR and we have both had a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service criminal record check). Hotel 4 Hounds has full Public Liability Insurance provided by Pet Business Insurance and are licensed to operate under the strict guidelines of Oldham metropolitan borough council.
We offer a one off, two-part induction for you to meet us and for us to meet your dog/s. Part one take places in our rear garden and is an opportunity for us all to meet in an outdoor space for those important first impressions. Once happy with initial introduction we then go inside “the hotel” for a friendly chat to give you the opportunity to see first-hand where your dog will be excited to stay.
At the end of the induction, we will take additional information from you and a booking pack will be issued. We need this pack completed and returned to us to secure the dates. We also need a copy of an up to date vaccination card ready for your dog’s stay with us. (If anything changes, we can amend the form for you, to keep our records up to date).

Our prices are for 24 hour care, any additional hours are at an extra cost.
£28 Per Dog Per Night
Any additional dogs from the same household are at a half price rate
