The team at Hotel 4 Hounds in Chadderton, Oldham take your dog’s care seriously! We are fully licensed and insured for all our services! If you are booking doggy day care, overnight stays, dog walking or wedding chaperone services for your dog, please take a look at the paperwork, including our terms, conditions and information and sign and return everything to us.

The booking form must be completed by the owner and all information needs to be given in as much detail as possible. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure all the details are correct and up to date, Including the required signatures before returning. A booking form can be updated at any time. Additional information can be given to us by phone, text or email, we will update the form for you. Even if you’re using our day care service, completing the full form will help us gain a better understanding of your dog’s needs.

All dogs coming to us must be wearing a collar and tag with the owners details on. Once leaving the house for walks, our own tag will be added with our contact details on. All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatment. Booster vaccinations must be up to date and completed at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. Vaccination cards need to be provided for every board where a certificate has been updated.
When packing for your dog’s holiday, please pack light. We don’t need bowls, slow feeders, feeding stands, beds, cushions, throws, towels, toys or puppy pads.
Our price is for 24hr care, additional hours are at an extra charge (£1 per hour).

-Medication (in packaging with instructions and dosage)

-Food (Dried food weighed into portions in individual bags)
-Treats (Small on the spot treats and dentastix, bones and pigs ears will not be given as this can cause issues with jealousy and protectiveness between the dogs)

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, please be on time. If you are running late, please let us know by ringing and speaking to us directly, as we may need to re arrange a time to suit both parties.
We have ample parking outside our home for customers. If needed please block our drive but not our neighbours. There’s a bell on the side gate which we use for entry. If you are early, please wait for your appointment time as we may be with other customers or feeding the pups.
